Dear Homeowners,
San Gabriel River Estates Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday July 23, 2026; The official meeting notice is forthcoming.
In accordance with the Bylaws of San Gabriel River Estates Homeowner’s Association, Inc., notice is hereby given of one (1) open seat on the Board of Directors.
Please note that nominations are for board membership only; specific officer roles (President, Vice President, Secretary) will be determined by the seated board following the election.
Homeowners are invited to submit their name for consideration as a candidate in the upcoming election. Serving on the Board provides an opportunity to promote good governance, strengthen neighborhood engagement, and help guide decisions that impact our community. Please refer to the attached Code of Conduct; if elected, you will be required to review, execute, and adhere to it.
To be included on the ballot, please submit your name, a brief statement of interest, and a one-paragraph biography to info@psprop.net by noon on Friday, June 19, 2026.
All nominations will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee, composed of Belinda Kent, Edgar Padilla, and Kathy Hinds.
